If you know you already have an active account with Penguin Random House, great news – you need take no further action! Just include our titles you include on your regular orders to Penguin Random House, and titles will process and ship to you as usual. If you are not sure whether you have an account or not with PRH or have a currently discontinued account with Penguin Random House that you’d like to reinstate, please reach out to customerservice@penguinrandomhouse.com to inquire about the possible status of your account.

Creating an Account

If you do not have an account with PRH but would like to set one up, click here, or use the information below to reach out to our warehouse team about what steps and paperwork are needed. Our New Account Department processes applications for wholesale distributor, retail bookseller and promotional giveaway accounts.
